\u201cOsteoporoze ir hroniska progres\u0113jo\u0161a slim\u012bba, kad kauli pastiprin\u0101ti zaud\u0113 miner\u0101lvielas. T\u0101d\u0113j\u0101di samazin\u0101s kaulu miner\u0101lais bl\u012bvums, tie k\u013c\u016bst trausli un l\u016bst pat pie nelielas slodzes. 5) imobiliz\u0101cija ilg\u0101k par 6 m\u0113ne\u0161iem, mazkust\u012bgums;<\/p>\n

6) hroniskas nieru slim\u012bbas, vairogdziedzera slim\u012bbas;<\/p>\n

7) D vitam\u012bna defic\u012bts, anoreksija, svara zudums.<\/p>\n

Lai atkl\u0101tu osteoporozi, j\u0101veic laborator\u0101 diagnostika: osteodensitometrijas\u00a0 izmekl\u0113jums un asins anal\u012bzes, <\/strong>nosakot D vitam\u012bna un kalcija defic\u012btu asin\u012bs. Saviem pacientiem rekomend\u0113ju katru gadu kontrol\u0113t \u0161os r\u0101d\u012bt\u0101jus anal\u012bzes. Ja rodas defic\u012bts, v\u0113rsties pie \u0123imenes \u0101rsta, lai uzs\u0101ktu terapiju.
