Savuk\u0101rt, ja darbs saist\u012bts ar iesp\u0113jamu risku citu cilv\u0113ku vesel\u012bbai, nodarbin\u0101tajiem ir j\u0101dodas uz papildu\u00a0oblig\u0101taj\u0101m vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaud\u0113m (OVP)<\/strong>, lai sa\u0146emtu medic\u012bnisko izzi\u0146u, kas apliecina, ka darbinieks nevar apdraud\u0113t citus.<\/p>\n

R\u016bp\u0113s par darbinieku<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Neatkar\u012bgi no nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas jomas visiem darbiniekiem pirms st\u0101\u0161an\u0101s darb\u0101 j\u0101veic vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaudes. To nosaka Ministru kabineta noteikumi Nr. 219 \u201cK\u0101rt\u012bba, k\u0101d\u0101 veicama oblig\u0101t\u0101 vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaude\u201d, kas paredz, ka darba dev\u0113jam j\u0101r\u016bp\u0113jas par darbinieku vesel\u012bbu un j\u0101nodro\u0161ina regul\u0101ra t\u0101s kontrole. P\u0101rbau\u017eu bie\u017eumu nosaka darba dev\u0113js vai darba dro\u0161\u012bbas speci\u0101lists, kas ir kompetents izv\u0113rt\u0113t katras darb\u012bbas jomas riskus.<\/p>\n

Darba dev\u0113js vai uz\u0146\u0113muma darba dro\u0161\u012bbas speci\u0101lists nosaka, cik bie\u017ei un kad j\u0101veic izmekl\u0113jumi, iedod nos\u016bt\u012bjumu veikt \u0161\u012bs p\u0101rbaudes, bet darbinieka pien\u0101kums ir noteikt\u0101 termi\u0146\u0101 \u0161\u012bs p\u0101rbaudes veikt.\u00a0 Piem\u0113ram, biroja darbiniekiem \u0161\u012bs p\u0101rbaudes parasti ir reizi 3 gados, cit\u0101s sf\u0113r\u0101s str\u0101d\u0101jo\u0161ajiem \u2013 katru gadu. OVP m\u0113r\u0137is ir nodarbin\u0101t\u0101 vesel\u012bbas aizsardz\u012bba, lai arodslim\u012bbu \u0101rsts p\u0113c iesp\u0113jas agr\u0101k atkl\u0101tu iesp\u0113jamos vesel\u012bbas trauc\u0113jumus, ko rada darba vides ietekme, un var\u0113tu uzs\u0101kt to savlaic\u012bgu \u0101rst\u0113\u0161anu.<\/strong><\/p>\n

D. P\u0113tersone st\u0101sta, ka darba dev\u0113js dr\u012bkst ar\u012b nor\u0101d\u012bt, k\u0101das darbinieka vesel\u012bbas jomas vajadz\u0113tu p\u0101rbaud\u012bt. Var p\u0101rbaud\u012bt ar\u012b darbinieka psihoemocion\u0101lo vai psihisko st\u0101vokli, ko veic speci\u0101lists.     R\u016bp\u0113s par klientiem<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Veidlapa Nr. 027\/u \u00a0nepiecie\u0161ama darbiniekiem, kuru darbs saist\u012bts ar iesp\u0113jamu risku citu cilv\u0113ku vesel\u012bbai. Piem\u0113ram, darbinieki, kas str\u0101d\u0101 skol\u0101s, medic\u012bnas iest\u0101d\u0113s, sabiedrisk\u0101s \u0113din\u0101\u0161anas uz\u0146\u0113mumos, proti, visur, kur ir tie\u0161s kontakts ar klientiem.<\/p>\n

Ja vi\u0146\u0161 konstat\u0113, ka darbinieka vesel\u012bba ir pasliktin\u0101jusies vai cilv\u0113kam ir s\u016bdz\u012bbas, kas var\u0113tu b\u016bt saist\u012btas ar darba specifiku, arodslim\u012bbu \u0101rsts nos\u016bta vi\u0146u pie \u0123imenes \u0101rsta, kas t\u0101l\u0101k nos\u016bta uz Arodslim\u012bbu centru, kur tad nosaka, vai vesel\u012bbas pasliktin\u0101\u0161an\u0101s ir vai nav arodsaslim\u0161ana. Invalidit\u0101tes statusu nosaka Vesel\u012bbas un darbsp\u0113ju ekspert\u012bzes \u0101rstu valsts komisija.<\/p>\n

    Profilaktiskaj\u0101s apskat\u0113s nov\u0113rt\u0113 vesel\u012bbas st\u0101vokli un inform\u0113 par to darba dev\u0113ju. B\u016btiski ir tas, ka dokument\u0101, ko sa\u0146em darba dev\u0113js, neviena konkr\u0113ta diagnoze nepar\u0101d\u0101s. Ir tikai sl\u0113dziens \u2013 der vai neder darba izpildei, k\u0101 ar\u012b rekomend\u0101cijas t\u0101l\u0101kajai nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbai. Personas datu aizsardz\u012bbas pras\u012bbas netiek p\u0101rk\u0101ptas.<\/p>\n

    Kopum\u0101 p\u0113d\u0113jos gados darba dev\u0113ji ir k\u013cuvu\u0161i atbild\u012bg\u0101ki un vair\u0101k r\u016bp\u0113jas par savu darbinieku vesel\u012bbu, nov\u0113rojusi \u0101rste.
